Niyama
is Self purification by discipline. Niyama are the rules of conduct
that apply to individual discipline, while Yama are universal in their
application. The respect which one shows for another's virtues,
makes himself respecting as well and helps him to fight his own sorrows
and difficulties. With concentration one obtains mastery over the
senses. The one is ready to enter the temple of is own body and see
