PERSONAL DISCIPLINE(NIYAMA)

Niyama is Self purification by discipline.  Niyama are the rules of conduct that apply to individual discipline, while Yama are universal in their application.  The respect which one shows for another's virtues, makes himself respecting as well and helps him to fight his own sorrows and difficulties.  With concentration one obtains mastery over the senses.  The one is ready to enter the temple of is own body and see his real self in the mirror of his mind.
